Monday
  • Breakfast ~ Oatmeal n' yogurt (Smoothie for me)
  • Lunch ~ french toast, milk
  • Dinner ~ Chicken Enchiladas, Mexican Rice
Tuesday (Dance Night)
  • Breakfast ~ cereal, orange juice (Smoothie for me)
  • Snack ~ Apple covered in peanut butter and chocolate chips, juice
  • Lunch ~ grilled Cheese, carrots & celery, milk
  • Snack ~ Banana Cake, grapes, juice
  • Dinner ~ Spare Ribs, Rice, Veggies & flourless cake
Wednesday
  • Breakfast ~ Cold Cereal (Smoothie for me)
  • Lunch ~ Leftovers, milk
  • Dinner ~ Hamburger Stew, Salad
Thursday 
  • Breakfast ~ Yogurt, fresh fruit  (Smoothie for me)
  • Snack ~ english muffins, preserves, juice
  • Lunch ~ Chicken Noodle Soup, Crackers, Milk
  • Snack ~ birthday cake, juice
  • Dinner ~ Pork Chops, Rice, Veggies
Friday
  • Breakfast ~ Bagel w' cream cheese (Smoothie for me)
  • Snack ~ Apple Sauce, Muffins, Juice
  • Lunch ~ Pita Pizza, Milk 
  • Snack ~ Granola Bars, yogurt, Juice
  • Dinner ~ Steak, Mashed Potatoes, California Veggies
Saturday (swimming & TaeKwonDo in am)
  • Breakfast ~ GF waffles,Orange juice, fresh fruit  (Smoothie for me)
  • Lunch ~ Leftovers
  • Dinner ~ Meatballs, Rice, Veggies
Sunday
  • Breakfast ~  Muffins, Yogurt (Smoothie for me)
  • Lunch ~ Leftovers
  • Dinner ~ Pulled Pork, Salad
