Getting back into the Groove
Start your day by getting dressed. I know for me the last few days I have been in a rut and very non-productive. When I look back at them and think what didn't I do... well I didn't get dressed early in the day. I decided I would lounge around in my jammies. That doesn't seem to work for me. If I am not dressed I don't accomplish much in the house or out of the house. So today I am dressed before 11am and I feel like I am ready to conquer the world. Okay... before 11am isn't good either... tomorrow I will be dressed much early but today I had to wait for my jeans to be dry before putting them on. So that is my reason for not getting dressed earlier.Some other things that I find help me start my day off right are:
- Exercising first thing in the morning
- Eating a good healthy breakfast
- listening to motivating music
- Doing a morning devotional/reading
- Make a list of things to do today
Time to get back into the groove of things and get out of my vacation mode so I can get some stuff accomplished in and around my home.
