my life changed forever!

A precious angel was brought into my life and who knew how much my life would change. I got the call first thing in the morning about two precious angels being born that morning (one went to be with the Lord) and I ran up to the hospital to visit them. Holding them both and just saying a quiet prayer over them.

On the 15th of April... we got a call and that is the call that changed everything. This precious angel was going to be coming to live with us initially only temporarily but then that changed.

She was born battling seizures and temors daily... eating issues and so much more. She was diagnosed with FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder) at only 10 days old. She had a long road a head of her and many things in our life and her life were going to be changing forever. She has met and broken all milestones that were given to us for her. She walked before 2. She toilet trained before 8 years old.... she is our little wonder girl. She is celebrating her 6th birthday... she is celebrating her life. Isn't she just the cutest little girl you ever did see!!!!!

If you told me 6 years that I would have a new baby to raise and watch grow I would think you were nuts but this is my reality. I am going to take this time to thank her birth mother... for doing such a selfless thing and allowing us to raise such a precious little girl. I could have never imagined my life this way in a million years and now that it is like this I could not imagine it any other way.

So let's celebrate the life of my beautiful precious 6 year old, who loves to hike, go geocaching, swimming, dancing, singing, soccer, going to church and playing with her friends!!!!!!!!!!!

(taken on our hike of a local conservation area)

Happy Birthday "Miss Mew"!!!!! May this world give you everything and more.

Prayer request: Please pray for my daughters twin brother that went to be with the Lord on this day the 14th of April 2004. Forever and always in our hearts!
