    I was just wondering if you could share how you go about meal planning...it might seem to be the simplest question in the world. But would love YOUR insight on it.
    Are there recipes that you LOVE and must include each week? or do you actually stick to it all week? I'm desperately trying to learn to mealplan, and so far don't seem to be having much luck...mind you i also don't really have much of a routine going on...hmmm...
